Research On The Optimization Of DHP Business Partnership System

During the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s economy has been developing at a high speed.In order to cope with market competition better,many enterprises begin to seek management system changes.Under this background,the business partnership system arises at the historic moment,it has played an important role in improving the enterprise management level and perfecting the employee incentive mechanism.As an important part of the main body of market economy,small and medium-sized private enterprises have also joined in the system of introducing the business partnership into their own management mechanism.However,throughout the development of the enterprise partnership system in China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises,there are still many deficiencies in specific practice due to the limited level of enterprise managers and the defects of the system itself.In order to analyze the business partnership system better,This article first introduces the theoretical research,practical research and other related content of the domestic and foreign business partner system,and uses the literature review method,questionnaire survey method,and case analysis method to make reference and analysis on the excellent practice cases of the domestic and foreign business partner system.Then DHP is taken as an example to analyze its specific practices and achievements in implementing the business partnership system.In order to understand the problems of DHP in the optimum processing company business partner system better,the paper analyzes seven factors of affecting business partner system implementation and makes a questionnaire survey of the different positions,and has made the scientific statistics and analysis of the results of the survey.It is concluded that the DHP has the four problems in the business partnership system,which are related to the four aspects: optimum processing company business partners in management,personnel system,system design,the security problems existing in the implementation.and puts forward the specific optimization measures targeted.The above research not only provides a scientific solution for the optimization of the business partnership system of DHP,but also will play a positive role in promoting the implementation and application of the business partnership system inChina’s small and medium-sized private enterprises.
