Research On Tax Source Management Of Yakeshi City Taxation Bureau, Hulunbuir

After the merger of state and local tax,the new tax bureau needs a new tax source management mode to adapt to,so it is urgent to innovate and optimize the grass-roots tax source management mode,establish a unified tax source management system by using the public management theory,and further strengthen the tax source management.Starting from the actual situation of tax source management at the grass-roots level and based on public management,this paper analyzes the tax source management of Yakeshi Taxation Bureau in Hulunbuir.First of all,it compares the characteristics of tax source management at home and abroad,points out the advantages of foreign tax source management,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of tax source management at the grass-roots level based on the actual situation of tax source management of Hulunbeier Yakeshi Taxation Bureau,mainly from the perspective of organizational tax revenue,risk prevention and control,and tax service,aiming at the weak awareness of risk prevention and tax service.This paper summarizes the problems of formalization and backward collection methods;secondly,it analyzes the causes from the aspects of nonstandard resource allocation,asymmetric tax related information,and incomplete application of computer technology;finally,combining with the current economic development situation in China,it puts forward suggestions for improving the tax source management of hulunberyakeshi Taxation Bureau.First,it puts forward scientific and refined management.The second is to establish a professional risk management team;the third is to build a comprehensive tax related service platform.Through this paper,the author hopes to be able to explore and analyze the practice based on the actual situation of tax source management of grass-roots tax bureaus,and make comprehensive use of the knowledge learned in the past,and finally make contributions to the development of the theory and practice of tax source management of grass-roots tax bureaus in China.
