With the rapid development of the socialist market economy,China's economic strength has been significantly enhanced,and the national per capita income level has been increasing.With incomes in surplus,the single way of saving(i.e.,putting money in the bank for interest)is no longer in line with people's needs,and they expect to keep increasing their income through more diversified financial means.In the process of development,the domestic financial market is becoming standardized and modernized.At present,the domestic personal finance market is developing at a surprising speed,In the face of this great situation,commercial banks should actively take effective measures to continuously strengthen and improve the management system,focus on financial management products as the core of the new service system,and strive to build a good market reputation,high customer satisfaction,strong social responsibility financial institutions.In the course of development,financial marke in China tends to standardize and modernize,but according to the principle and requirement of separate business operation,China's banking,securities and insurance industry has not realized mixed business operation,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of banking business.In the face of the fierce competition in personal finance business,the bank chooses which marketing method in the process of business development,and how to better solve the problems that arise in the development of personal finance business.This is one of the key areas of research on personal financial services and one of the areas of focus for commercial banks.In this study,the object of study is A commercial bank.Firstly,it analyses the current situation of A bank's personal financial management business.Then,it combines SWOT analysis method to analyze and summarize the company's strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,establishes the marketing strategy suitable for A bank,and summarizes the existing problems in the development of A bank's personal financial management business.Questions.Finally,the target market is divided by STP method,and a series of scientific and reasonable marketing mix strategies are formulated to promote the smooth development of this business.This article mainly through to A bank's personal finance market analysis,under the guidance of marketing and other related theory,combined with the actual situation of the bank,formulate scientific and rational marketing strategy,prompting the Banks can better cope with the increasingly tend to be more incentive competition in the market environment,to improve its competitive advantage to promote the development of their own,can also provide certain reference for other bank business marketing and guiding significance.
