With the deepening of the new normal of economy,China continues to adjust its economic structure,encourage commercial banks to increase financial support to rural areas and urban residents,and constantly promote the construction of agricultural modernization and new urbanization.In this situation,HB branch of postal savings bank vigorously develops the small loan business,and its business scale is constantly expanding.However,there are still some problems in its development,such as unbalanced business development,single product type,single marketing channel,inflexible interest rate pricing,low personnel quality,etc.it is also facing the increasing competition in the market and increasingly strict external pressure of supervision.Therefore,HB branch of postal savings bank needs to formulate effective marketing strategies for small loan business,so as to achieve rapid,healthy and sustainable development of small loan business.This paper takes the small loan business of HB branch of postal savings bank as the research object.Firstly,it combs and summarizes the relevant research results of small loan marketing at home and abroad,which provides a theoretical basis for systematically formulating the small loan marketing strategy of HB branch of postal savings bank;secondly,based on the current situation of small loan marketing of HB branch of postal savings bank,it uses SWOT analysis method to find that HB branch of postal savings bank is small The advantages and disadvantages of the loan business in the development,as well as the opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of micro loans in HB branch of postal savings bank,and puts forward the marketing strategies of micro loans in HB branch of postal savings bank from seven aspects,such as product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,display and service process.Finally,the paper puts forward some safeguard measures,such as using policy resources,strengthening team building and strengthening internal control construction.This paper aims to improve the micro loan marketing strategy of postal savings bank HB branch,in order to promote the development of micro loan business of postal savings bankHB branch,improve the market competitiveness and share of micro loan business of postal savings bank HB branch,constantly expand the scale of micro loan business of postal savings bank HB branch,and realize the sustainable and healthy development of micro loan of postal savings bank HB branch.
