The rapid development of social economy and the improvement of productivity speed up China’s urbanization,and promote the transfer of rural labor force to the second and third industries.It leads to the flow of population,land,capital and other factors of production between the rural and urban areas to accelerate further,and the aggravation of contradictions in human-land relations.In recent years,the problem of "hollowing out" of rural residential areas is serious in Mengzhou,the land use efficiency of rural residential areas is low,and the development of rural areas is unbalanced under the influence of natural and socio-economic conditions.Carrying out renovation activities of rural residential areas can not only ensure the dynamic balance of land use,but also promote the balanced development of rural areas in Mengzhou,and improve the production and living environment of rural residents.Therefore,to grasp the natural and socio-economic environment of the study area and understand the distribution and change characteristics of rural residential areas is conducive to the scientific and effective development of rural residential remediation.Based on GIS technology,this paper analyzes the spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of rural residential areas in Mengzhou qualitatively and quantitatively,and puts forward the corresponding remediation mode of rural residential areas by measuring the suitability of the layout of rural residential areas.Firstly,this paper based on Mengzhou land use status database in 2009 and land use change database in 2015,adopts GIS spatial analysis and landscape pattern index method,and based on ArcGIS10.2 and Fragstats4.2 platform,the spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of rural residential areas in Mengzhou city are analyzed.Secondly,taking the administrative village as the evaluation unit,the paper adopts the catastrophe progression method and the coupling coordination degree model to measure the layout suitability of the rural residential areas in each village of Mengzhou.According to the results of the suitability evaluation of the layout of rural residential areas,the rural residential areas in Mengzhou are divided into different types.According to the characteristics of different types of rural settlements,this paper proposes the corresponding spatial planning model for improving rural settlements,as well as the corresponding organizational management and financing modesThrough the analysis of this paper,the following conclusions are mainly drawn:(1)The scale of land use for rural residential areas in Mengzhou keeps increasing.Due to the poor spatial connectivity between the newly added rural residential patches and the original rural residential patches,the fragmentation degree of rural residential areas increases.Under the influence of topographic conditions and radiation from the central urban area,the core density of rural residential areas in the central and eastern regions is relatively high,while the core density of rural residential areas in mountainous and hilly areas in the northwest and Yellow River Beach in the south is relatively low.The agglomeration degree of rural residential areas in Mengzhou has been changed.On the whole,the scale of cold spots and hot spots has increased and shifted.In 2009,the hot spots of rural residential areas in Mengzhou were concentrated in Nanzhuang,and the cold spots are distributed in the central and western regions of huaishu,the junction of Heyang and Chengbo,and the junction of Huichang and Dading.In 2015,cold spot and hot spot areas were transferred to the central part of Xiguo and the southwest part of Huagong,while the cold spots were decreased in Huaishu,and were transferred to the southeast part of Gudan and the midwest of Heyang.Topographic conditions,roads,towns and socio-economic conditions are important factors which drive the formation and evolution of rural settlements.(2)The catastrophe progression model was used to evaluate the suitability of rural residential distribution,and the degree of coupling coordination between the spatial structure stability of rural settlements and the suitability of village development is also measured.The overall spatial structure of the village in Mengzhou is relatively stable,but the development is unbalanced,and the gap of the development strength between villages is huge.Due to the influence of terrain conditions,location conditions and other factors,the villages in the hilly areas in the northwest are scattered and their development is restricted.Most of the villages in the central and southern regions are distributed in a centralized way,and their development suitability is relatively high.However,due to the lack of reasonable planning in the process of village construction,some villages have unstable spatial structure.Through the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coordination degree of spatial structure stability of rural residential areas and the suitability of village development,among the 263 villages in Mengzhou city,there are 6 highly coordinated villages,107 moderately coordinated villages,148 low-coordinated villages and 2 endangered villages are close to disorder.(3)After the comprehensive analysis of the suitability evaluation results of the layout of rural residential areas in Mengzhou,the rural residential areas in Mengzhou are divided into five types,namely,priority construction type,general development type,reservation type,industry introduction type and key renovation type.According to the characteristics of each regulation type,six corresponding spatial planning modes of rural residential area regulation are proposed,they are: local urbanization model,central village construction model,urban dependency model,industry-driven model,village relocation and internal transformation model.According to the actual situation of rural residential areas under each planning mode,the paper puts forward specific organization and management mode and financing mode,and formulates relevant remediation guarantee measures. |
