There are complex and profound social contradictions in the development of tourism destinations, and conflicts of interests are one of the important factors affecting tourism development.Conflicts are dynamic and complex.Systematically sorting out conflicts in tourism development, exploring relationships and characteristics between conflicts, and clarifying the root causes of conflicts help to enrich the understanding of tourism social conflicts, promote conflict governance, and promote sustainable tourism. This article focuses on the conflicts of interests by tourism in Fujian Tulou, and analyzes the evolution of conflicts.Based on the root causes of conflicts and guided by the theory of collaborative governance,a collaborative model of tourism development is constructed. The study was based on a two-month field survey, and the Chuxi Tulou Cluster was selected as a typical case site.Based on 36 in-depth interviews with core stakeholders such as residents, governments, tourism companies, and tourists in Chuxi, the article is guided by the theory of social conflict and draws on grounded theoretical methods.First,it explores the three major areas of conflicts, three Major influencing factors and the five results of conflicts. On this basis, the article further analyzes the evolution of the conflict of Chuxi Tulou Cluster from horizontal and vertical dimensions, horizontally clarifies the evolution characteristics of the different stages of the development of the conflict, and constructs the evolution model of the conflict process vertically. The analysis results of conflict evolution are as follows:(1)Chuxi Tulou Cluster mainly experienced four stages of conflict development: "emergence-starting-confrontation-stalemate",and the conflict at each stage was centered on "resources-rights-resources-management";(2)Different conflict stages have a core conflict, and the same conflict can become the core of the conflict in multiple stages;(3)conflicts are related to each other, and when a certain conflict is not coordinated, another conflict may be triggered;(4)according to The conflict evolution logic of "conflict cause-conflict field-conflict result",conflict influencing factors at the field of "capital, system, individual" produce conflict content in the field of "resources, management, rights",which in turn leads to individual "attitude" and "behavior" Changes, resulting in conflicts at the "economic","cultural" and "population" levels.Comprehensive analysis of the evolution of conflicts of interests, this article digs into the roots of conflicts of interests. The analysis found that:(1)"Resources" is the core of the conflict of rights and interests, which is mainly represented by land and housing conflicts.Land and housing conflicts are not unique in tourism field, and are a common problem in China's rural development.(2)The root of conflict influencing factors lies at the "institutional" field. The single protection and development subject on the organizational structure fundamentally leads to conflicts in resources and management. The imperfection of the system design fundamentally leads to the conflict. The general idea of conflict management is to carry out system reform, adjust the organizational structure, improve the system design, introduce market-oriented mechanisms, and promote the development of tourism economy.Based on the analysis of the root causes of conflicts, the article finally introduces the SFIC model of collaborative governance as a deductive framework, constructs a four-in-one tourism development collaborative model of "government-market-community residents-third party organizations",and clarifies the positioning of each subject Responsibility provides ideas and methods for the management of conflicts, and provides references for the management of conflicts of the same type of tourist destinations.
