| As the "Made in China 2025" proposal and the development of big data,Internet,cloud computing and other technologies become more and more mature,the home appliance industry must transform to smart manufacturing.At the same time,people’s living standards have continued to improve,and consumer concepts have also changed.The pursuit of products has changed from high quality and low price to high-end intelligence,making inferior and low-quality products gradually eliminated by the market.Under this pressure,in order to ensure that they are not eliminated by the market and adapt to the changes in the current Internet era,traditional home appliance companies must accelerate the transition from traditional manufacturing models to the Internet.In 2015,Company A,which is a traditional home appliance company,adjusted its position in due course and proposed the strategy of "Internet + full cold chain",which clarified the transformation goal from providing a single refrigeration product to providing a total solution of smart cold chain.Subsequently,Company A focused on building the "three wisdom" project and smart marketing platform for smart cold chains,smart production plants,and smart home appliances to meet users’ all-round needs and promote smart transformation of the company’s products and marketing.However,the transformation effect of company A after the transformation,whether it has brought a good change to its operating performance,and what problems still exist after company A’s Internet transformation are still worthy of consideration.This paper refers to the relevant literature on the Internet transformation and business performance evaluation methods,selects Company A as the research object,adopts the four dimensions based on the balanced scorecard,and replaces financial indicators with economic value-added business performance research methods.Research on the company’s business performance after the Internet transformation.First,calculate traditional financial indicators and analyze the current transformation status of Company A;then analyze the effects of Company A ’s transformation from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,in which the financial dimension is evaluated using economic value added;finally,based on the research results It is found that although the transformation of Company A has achieved initial success,there are still many problems in its operational capabilities and cost strategy.It also puts forward relevant suggestions on improving operational efficiency,controlling costs,increasing market share,and strengthening risk management and control,hoping to promote the steady development of Company A’s Internet transformation. |
