At present,in the new era of the asset management market reform,China's commercial banks are gradually transitioning to the development model of lightweight commercial banks.Effective management of commercial banks' financial assets has become a key competitive field.However,as an important asset management module of commercial banks,with the intensification of competition among commercial banks,many development problems have gradually been exposed.In order to guide the flow of social funds to the real economy and return to the origin of asset management business development,the State issued the "Guiding Opinions on Regulating the Asset Management Business of Financial Institutions"(hereinafter referred to as the "New Asset Management Regulations"),which legally regulates the asset management of commercial banks The market and wealth management business were regulated.JT Rural Commercial Bank is the beneficiary of China's rural financial system reform.In the past ten years,the development situation has been soaring,and certain achievements have been made.It has become the main force in the rural financial system.However,compared with other large commercial banks,there are disadvantages such as short development time,small asset size,weak capital base,and single product type.They also have competitive advantages in geography,culture,and services.The emergence of "new regulations for asset management" is not only a competitive challenge but also a development opportunity for JT Rural Commercial Bank's business transformation.Under the new situation,the strategic transformation of JT Rural Commercial Bank's wealth management business needs urgent solution.Guided by strategic management theories,this article summarizesthe current status of JT Rural Commercial Bank's wealth management business in the context of "new regulations for asset management",and points out problems with product differentiation,talent reserves,and risk prevention and control measures.Using the PEST analysis method,it analyzes the external economic,political,socio-cultural,and technical macro-environmental factors of JT Rural Commercial Bank;and uses the critical success factor analysis method to simulate the key factors for the success of JT Rural Commercial Bank under the current stage of objectives.The result of customer relationship maintenance was obtained.Finally,SWOT analysis was used to summarize the internal advantages,disadvantages,and opportunities and threats of JT Rural Commercial Bank.Finally,based on the above analysis,the conclusion is drawn that JT Rural Commercial Bank can choose to use its own advantages to seize external opportunities for a growth-oriented development strategy,enumerates strategic measures that can be selected at the product,brand,and customer levels,and,Manpower,system,and public opinion to ensure the smooth realization of strategic goals.
