Bank's retail financial business is a general term for various financial services provided to small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals.China's economic environment has now entered a stage of high-quality development.Consumption has become the number one driving force for economic growth,which has strongly promoted the development of retail financial business in commercial banks.With the continuous advancement of strict financial supervision,the regulatory requirements for corporation business and interbank business are constantly increasing,some of the original business has shrunk,and retail financial business has become a new growth point.Moreover,the retail financial business itself has the characteristics of "anti-cyclicality",and is a "ballast stone" and "stabilizer" for the stable operation and high-quality development of commercial banks.The characteristics of “light capital and low risk weight” of the retail financial business will help improve the bank's return on assets.The retail financial business also has significant effects in improving bank debt structure and reducing capital costs.Retail financial services can improve the quality of banks' assets and create higher economic profits(EVA).The sound development of the bank's retail financial business will have a "snowball" effect.The diversified retail financial brand image industry helps to enhance the overall image of banks.The bank's retail financial business has now become the "fragrant scent" of commercial banks,and the words "steadily promote retail transformation" and "accelerated digital transformation of retail business" have frequently appeared in the feasibility studies of listed banks.The development of retail finance business has entered a new stage.The State Council has constantly proposed that the development should be driven by troikas at the same time.At the same time,Premier Li Keqiang's proposal of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has also led to a large number of individual industrial and commercial enterprises and small and micro enterprises.This provides policy-oriented advantages for the retail financial business.Thanks to the rapid economic development in China in recent years,the wealth of residents has increased significantly,and the cultivation and growth of residents' consumption awareness has given new "business opportunities" to the retail financial business.As a rising star of national joint-stock commercial banks,F bank is far less comprehensive than traditional five major banks and several other national joint-stock commercial banks.With the transformation of the national economy and society to highquality development since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,domestic banks have gradually adjusted their business ideas after experiencing high-speed development in the early stage,gradually shifted from scale expansion to high-quality development,seeking to be differentiate and transforming their retail finance business and financial technology have become the consensus of all banks.In the historical period when commercial banks are vigorously developing retail financial services,their opportunities and challenges coexist when making strategic choices,and the banking industry's competitive strategy is undergoing profound changes and adjustments.The article is mainly divided into seven parts.The first part is introduction,mainly summarizes the background,significance,research content,ideas and research tools and methods of the research.The second part introduces the relevant strategic theories and introduces the relevant retail financial business strategic theories as a main theoretical basis of later discussion.The third part is the external environment analysis,in which the macro environment using PEST analysis,while analyzing competitors;and establish the EFE matrix.The fourth part is the analysis of the internal conditions of F bank,establishing the internal factor evaluation through the analysis of F bank's retail financial business value chain capability.The fifth part is the selection of F bank's retail financial business competition strategy,and the SWOT analysis method is used to carry out the competition strategy's positioning analysis and selection.The sixth part is the implementation and guarantee of F Bank's retail financial business competition strategy.The seventh part is the research conclusion.
