In the era of the knowledge economy,the increasingly advanced science and technology are driving the shift in the focus of China's economic development.When technology-intensive industries begin to emerge,the prosperity of enterprises will be more inseparable from the contribution of talents.However,as capital gradually tilts from the overcapacity sector,the main business scope of enterprises begins to expand,and the talent supply gap also becomes increasingly prominent,further increasing the importance of human capital in business operations.The era of "capital hired labor" is being replaced by the era of "labor hired capital",which also provides a practical basis for the necessity of human capital property rights incentive.However,it is still inconclusive how to effectively implement the incentive of human capital property rights and whether the interests of employees and enterprises can be unified.Based on the literature on human capital property right incentive of enterprises and the background of security industry,the human capital property rights are used as the starting point for the research and analysis of this article.The leader of the security industry,HIKVISION,is selected as the research object to discuss the related issues of its implementation of human capital property right incentive.First of all,this paper analyzes the external market competition and the lack of internal management faced by HIKVISION,and summarizes the realistic motivation for HIKVISION to choose human capital property right incentive.Secondly,this paper puts forward the influence mechanism of human capital property right incentive on enterprise value system through the analysis of the rare 10-year restricted stock incentive plan and the initiative of the core employee follow-through system.Finally,this paper clarifies the specific impact of human capital property rights incentives on enterprises by comparing the financial and non-financial data of HIKVISION in the past eight years horizontally and vertically.Through the case study,this paper draws the following conclusion: first,the intensification of external competition and the adjustment of internal structure promote the implementation of the incentive of human property rights;second,the combination of restricted stock and core employees with investment methods has played a significant role in HIKVISION 's performance improvement;third,human capital property right incentive has successfully solved the problem of the outflow of the core talents of HIKVISION,while the stability of the core employees has promoted the sustainable growth of HIKVISION performance,thus achieving a win-win situation.In summary,the research in this paper is helpful to put forward optimization schemes for human capital property incentive of enterprises on the basis of enriching existing literatures,to urge enterprises to constantly pay attention to their actual needs of human capital in order to achieve sustainable development,and to provide references for other enterprises to carry out effective human capital property incentive.
