Good organizational trust is an important guarantee for building a harmonious labor-management relationship and maintaining the sustainable growth of the company.Therefore,the development and maintenance of organizational trust has always been valued by researchers.However,in reality,organizational trust v iolations occur from time to time,which will undoubtedly undermine employees' trust in the organization,leading to negative emotions such as complaints and disappointments,and negative absenteeism.More serious will lead to mass labor conflicts.Occurs,that is,the emergence of hidden labor conflicts or explicit labor conflicts.Therefore,enterprises need to use a series of actions to repair the trust of the damaged employees,so as to further solve the conflict of labor and capital.However,at presen t,the research on the impact of trust and remediation strategies on labor conflicts is very limited.In fact,the research on evidence is lacking.Based on this,from the perspective of trust,this paper introduces the degree of damage violation as a mediator variable and trust repair strategy as the adjustment variables to explore the mechanism of the impact of trust violation on corporate labor conflict.Based on attribution theory,perceived risk theory and social balance theory,this paper firstly combs and summarizes the research on trust violation,trust violation degree,trust repair strategy and enterprise labor conflict,and constructs the basic ideas and framework of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the mechanism of the impact of trust violation on corporate labor conflicts,and regards the degree of damage violation as the intermediary variable of research,and the trust repair strategy as the adjustment variable,and puts forward the assumption of the relationship between several variables.After that,using the combination of situational simulation and questionnaire survey,the required first-hand data was obtained.Finally,the correctness of the research hypothesis proposed in this paper was tested by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,correlation analysis and analysis of variance.A questionnaire survey of 457 employees revealed that trust violations are an important trigger for labor conflicts.Among them,the impac t of integrity trust violations on corporate labor conflicts is more significant than that of capacity-based trust violations.The degree of trust violations is partly a mediating role between trust violations and corporate labor conflicts.The trust repai r strategy plays a regulatory role in the conflict between trust violation and enterprise labor conflict,that is,it can effectively alleviate or resolve the impact of trust violation on labor conflict: under the capability trust violation,the repair eff ect of the display repair strategy is stronger than the constraint repair strategy.However,under the integrity of the trust violation,the constrained repair strategy is more effective in mitigating or resolving the labor conflicts.Based on the research results,the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for preventing,mitigating or resolving labor conflicts,to help Chinese enterprises successfully deal with labor conflicts and enhance their vitality and sustainable development.
