In recent years,the situation of population aging has become more and more serious,and the elderly population has grown rapidly.China has entered an aging society,and the problem of providing for the aged has gradually entered the public's perspective.With the demand of the market,the pension market attracts more and more enterprises to join.As a catalyst and accelerator of industrial development,Convention and exhibition projects related to pension have sprung up in an endless stream,and the competition among industries has become increasingly fierce.PL company's ageing exhibition project is one of the earliest pension exhibitions held in China.The policy and industrial development of the pension industry bring certain opportunities and challenges to the ageing exhibition project.At the same time,it also faces the threat of competitors represented by Beijing pension exhibition CISSE and Shanghai pension exhibition China Aid.How to survive in the fierce competition and sustain development,highlight their own advantages,expand the scale of the exhibition and market share,is the biggest problem PL company's aging exhibition project is facing.Firstly,this paper uses PEST model to analyze the external macro-environment of PL company from four aspects of political,economic,social and technological environment,then uses Porter's five-force model to analyze the internal competitive environment of PL company,uses EFE key factor analysis matrix to evaluate and score the external environment PL company faces,and then through the tangible and intangible assets and competition of PL company.Ability analysis,internal key factors and IFE evaluation score.Finally,based on the above PL company's external and internal analysis,using SWOT analysis framework and QSPM matrix score,this paper puts forward an differentiation strategy positioning and specific implementation plan for the ageing exhibition project,in order to maintain the competitiveness of the ageing exhibition project in the environment of rapid development of the old-age industry.It is hoped that the study of PL company's competitive strategy in this paper can provide some useful reference and help for the development of China's pension exhibition project,and provide a reference for the macro-guidance and policy formulation of the development of the aging industry.
