Research On The Law Of Decision-making Mechanism Of The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

The current international finance corporation was built under the Bretton Woods System and the decision-making mechanism it created controlled by the financial powers.As the promoter China has created AIIB,which is the regional financial institution and devote to infrastructure construction and economy connectivity in developing countries.The decision-making mechanism of AIIB is not only the key role of government by law and democracy but also represents the interests of developing countries,which is different from the same international financial institution existing.After analyzing the design of the same international financial institution decisionmaking mechanism and the deficiency of operation,the thesis tries to explore and analyze the rationality of AIIB's decision-making mechanism and perfect the suggestion.The decision-making mechanism of international financial institution certainly contains the organization structuring,shares distribution,voting right and rules of procedure.The thesis can be divided into five parts,the background and meaning of the thesis topic are disserted in the first part.In the second part,the thesis conclude the establishment of AIIB and analysis of AIIB's character,which help to research the decision-making mechanism and the rule of AIIB.With comparison of the same international financial institution decision-making mechanism,analyze the rationality and innovation of AIIB decision-making mechanism in the third part.From the multilateral development banks of view,the thesis analyzes the generality and problem about the share allocation and the right to vote in the fourth part,which not only present the reasons for prevention but also demonstrate the rationality about the share allocation and the rule of right voting.With the comparison of the procedure rules about international financial organizations,the thesis explores the rationality of AIIB's procedure rules.What's more,on the basis of analyses about institutional setup,share allocation and the rule of right voting,the thesis tries to present risk tips and perfect suggestions for the operation of AIIB may face.
