A company is a listed company which has been focused on the information security market.After ten years of development,the company has a certain scale of development.In recent years,the information security problems have been exposed,so that our government is aware of the importance of information security has risen to the national strategic level,with the improvement of law and the introduction of relevant national policies,to bring the dawn of information security industry,companies vied with one another to join this industry,making information security industry in China increasingly fierce competition.It is in the development of this industry background,also makes the A company needs to constantly adjust their development strategy,in order to adapt to the development of China's information security market,and occupy a place in the market.In this paper,the development situation of A Corporation and the operation of the internal environment analysis,through the investigation and analysis of the macro environment and the development trend of China's information security industry and competitor to A's external environment,the use of strategic management of the full model and analysis tools,determine the strategic direction of the IE matrix,quantitative strategic planning matrix strategy comparison,selection strategy for enterprise development,and for the A company's operating characteristics are given to implement the security conditions for the implementation of the strategy.The purpose of this paper is to study the development strategy of A company,and play a positive role in promoting the implementation of company strategy.
