| The content of this study is to optimize the salary system of XT industrial operation co.,LTD.XT industrial operation co.,ltd.is a real estate industry & commercial operation company,which its business mainly engage in industrial parks,office buildings,urban renewal,commercial services and etc.Even though the team size of the company is objectively small,it has appeared some problems in the salary system during the operation.After a thorough investigation of the employees’ salary satisfaction,it has been found that the defect of the salary system are the simplicity and backwardness.And it can no longer be suitable for the actual needs of the company.This study is meaning to optimize the company’s salary system,so as to improve the enterprise’s human resource management.Through explaining the background and opinions of the study,this paper expounds the ideas and methods which has been proposed for this research,and points out the necessity and value of this research.The paper is based on amounts of literature and salary related theories which provides reasonable and effective research basis for the research.In the process of research,it firstly put forward the basic principles of salary system optimization,and formulated optimization ideas according to the actual situation of XT industry companies.Secondly,the paper conducts accurate market salary level survey with the existing job establishment of the company,so as to develop an effective salary range based on the analysis of the position value within the company.In addition,this paper proposes an operational optimization plan for the salary system,reconstructs the salary structure of the compensation system,and clearly defines the types of positions and salary distribution.Finally,in order to ensure the sustainable operation of the salary system and create a long-term career development path for employees,a salary adjustment mechanism is proposed,which can be divided into performance adjustment,post adjustment,seniority adjustment and performance unqualified adjustment.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference value for the salary management of XT industrial operation co.,LTD.,and provide reference and help for reconstructing the salary system of this company. |
