The Research On Visualization's Impact On Performance Index Of BST Group

According to the information processing theory of organization,the demand for information processing within the organization,the information processing capacity of the organization and the fit between them have the vital impact on the performance of the enterprise.By implementing integrated information system to enhance and speed up the information processing process,the fit between information processing needs and information processing capabilities is improved.The fit can enhance the performance of the enterprise.As a tool of information system,visual management product naturally has the function of enhancing the information processing process,which can quickly and accurately deliver information to each user,so that users can quickly make decisions,take action,and enhance their performance.However,although the role of visualization management has been advocated and applied by many enterprises,the development of domestic visualization market in recent years is extremely rapid,but the actual effectiveness of visualization is rarely quantitatively studied.This paper studies the influence of BST group visual management system on production performance indexes,and discusses the influencing factors,hoping to provide constructive suggestions for the application of enterprise visual system and the development of domestic visual market.Firstly,this paper analyzes the difference of the same performance indexes between the two major companies of BST Group,confirming that all the performance indexes of the two companies have been improved,but the stability of the improvement of individual indexes of each company is different.Then,by referring to the existing literature on visual utility and organizational information processing theory,we list out the visual factors that affecting the improvement of indexes,and use panel data model to test these factors,and analyze which factors have significant impact on the improvement of indexes.The empirical study shows that the visualization system can accelerate the speed of information flow,enhance the decision-making and action improvement capabilities,and enhance the information processing capabilities of enterprises.It has a significant impact on the improvement of enterprise performance indexes.However,the stability and improvement of indexes need to be guaranteed by long-term management measures such as assessment.At the same time,factors such as the chain relative ratio visualization of indexes,the visualization of the gap between the historical best and the worst performance,and the classification of the importance of indexes will affect the improvement of enterprise information processing ability,and then affect the improvement of indexes.However,the observation times and drill-down times of the indexes have no significant impact on the information processing ability and indexes improvement.According to these results,we can provide some constructive suggestions to the enterprises that plan to implement visualization system and the vendors in the domestic visualization market.
