Credit Risk Analysis Of City Investment Bonds

With the rapid development of China's market economy and the promotion of urbanization,local governments are increasingly demanding funds for urban infrastructure projects.Local governments can no longer support fiscal expenditure only through fiscal revenue.As a result of the relevant laws and regulations in China,the local government as the issuer of bonds financing is subject to many restrictions,in order to ensure the timely arrival of local infrastructure funds and the smooth progress of the project,urban investment bonds began to step onto the historical stage.With the continuous expansion of the issuing scale and quantity of urban investment bonds in China,the risks of urban investment bonds are gradually exposed.In this regard,this paper will take the risks of urban investment bonds in China as the research object,using theoretical analysis and case analysis methods to study the causes of risks and putforward corresponding improvement measures.
