| The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly put forward the implementation of an innovation-driven development strategy.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further emphasized that innovation is the primary driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system.It is necessary to deepen the reform of the scientific and technological system and establish a technological innovation system that takes the enterprise as the main body,the market as the direction,and the deep integration of production,education and research.As an important subject of national scientific and technological innovation for a long time,enterprises also provide continuous support for China’s technological innovation system.In the context of the national innovation-driven development strategy,the core driving factors of enterprise development have gradually changed from marketing,markets,and channels to Innovation.Knowledge workers,as the main force responsible for corporate innovation,have also become the most active factor in the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to maximally motivate the knowledge workers as the main force of innovation has become a particularly important issue facing enterprises today.In this thesis,the company’s knowledge-based employee incentive mechanism under the innovation-driven strategy is taken as the research object.As a typical representative of a wholly state-owned enterprise that affects the lifeblood of the national economy,company A,if the incentive mechanism for knowledge workers is not complete and the incentive effect is not in place,it will lead to the frequent loss of knowledge workers,and the future development of the company will be greatly affected.It even affects the development of cities and regions to a certain extent.Therefore,in the context of the innovation-driven strategy,the research on the incentive mechanism of company A’s knowledge-based employees is of great reference value for both the innovation development of the company and other state-owned enterprises.This article first introduces the research background and significance of the knowledge-based employee motivation mechanism under an innovation-driven strategy.By comparing knowledge-based employees with their needs and incentives at home and abroad,as well as a review of relevant domestic and foreign relevant theories and research reviews,the related theoretical knowledge of knowledge-based employee motivation is simplified.Explain,apply relevant knowledge of the research theory of knowledge-based employee incentive mechanism,reasonably design a questionnaire,investigate and analyze the incentive status of Company A from the age,position,and demand of knowledge-based employees,and based on the salary found in the existing incentive mechanism Problems such as irrational systems,lack of scientific talent management,and single means of incentives.Starting from the objectives and principles of improving the design of the mechanism,we propose targeted improvements in terms of management philosophy,enterprise systems,material treatment,innovation challenges,and career achievements.Incentive mechanism to further enhance the loyalty and satisfaction of knowledge-based employees,thereby promoting innovation and development of enterprises. |
