With the growth and development of various businesses in the Internet industry,the market competition in this field has become more intense.In fact,major video sites are not profitable,because many people think that in the fierce market competition but continuous loss is usually the most difficult problem on video sites.this paper introduces the basic theoretical research of 4 P marketing theory and network marketing theory through literary research methods.at the same time,it also makes a comprehensive study on the marketing strategy of foreign video websites.the induction method is used to analyze the current situation and development trend of the whole online video industry.Analyzing Tencent with SWOT Framework competitive environment of video.Secondly,the analysis of Tencent's internal video marketing environment,such as: Tencent video enterprise situation,video marketing status,Tencent video positioning,profit model and so on,for Tencent video current product types,marketing strategy related analysis,will point out fast food consumption and lack of interest in advertising,pricing strategy has a problem in addition to difficult product creation how to promote independent channel strategy competitive advantage.Finally,according to the problems existing in Tencent video marketing,the optimization scheme is put forward,hoping to provide more reference value for Tencent video marketing.At the same time,the recommendations are universal and can also be applied to other video sites,hoping to help these video site platforms bring more development ideas.In terms of Tencent's products,Tencent should optimize from three aspects: the coexistence of diversity and diversity;the discovery of user needs through personalized complementary products;and interesting advertising inserts;pricing from two aspects;and optimizing the channel strategy of reducing production costs can start with innovative promotion methods and realize multi-screen integration technology.art,for the later intelligent TV market layout laid the foundation,but also created a grading system,member management platform,optimization of promotion strategies and so on.
