Research On The Evaluation Index System For Green Development In Tourism And Promotion The Model Of Tourism In Traditional Village

In 2018,the state put forward the "implementation of the rural revitalization strategy",which is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance for addressing the phased contradictions in rural economic and social development.At the same time,the strategy is to solve the major social contradictions in the new era,to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Traditional village as the existence of Chinese traditional culture diversity is also about the success or failure of the rural reconstruction and construction,which is related to the balanced urban and rural areas in China modernization and sustainable development.Traditional villages are an important part of Chinese villages.The development of the traditional village as the existence of Chinese traditional culture diversity is also about the success or failure of the rural reconstruction and construction.However,due to the rapid urbanization,unbalanced urban-rural development,industrial structure transformation and other reasons,the development of traditional villages is currently facing such problems as natural decline,hollowing out,cultural rupture,and loss of values.The research on the green development of tourism provides a new perspective and opportunity for the development of traditional villages.Based on this,this paper first USES the literature review method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to establish the traditional village tourism green development index evaluation index system measurement model.Secondly,through field research on three typical traditional villages in Qinghai province,this paper USES the TOPISIS method to empirically analyze the level of tourism green development index,and probes into the problems existing in the green development of tourism in traditional villages according to the measurement.Finally,based on the above analysis and research,put forward the traditional village green development model to promote tourism.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The connotation of traditional village green tourism development: with the sustainable development of the village for the principle and target,emphasize the traditional village in the development of tourism economic value and ecological value unifies,the welfare of the development of villages and village residents unifies,the village social development with natural sustainable unifies.(2)The evaluation index system of traditional village tourism green development index adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the analysis framework: target layer-factor layer-criterion layer-specific index layer.In the index system,the factor layer includes five aspects,namely,the level of green resource endowment,the level of economic benefit development,the level of social development index,the construction of ecological civilization and the efficiency of policy management.After several rounds of discussion,the index levels in the tourism green development index evaluation system were divided into 44 items by means of literature analysis,field research,analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method,and the index weights were given.(3)Three traditional village green tourism development level of Qinghai province empirical analysis: three traditional village green tourism development index level of Qinghai province overall is lowest.Wutun xiazhuang village comprehensive green development level is higher.The horizontal comparison shows that the development index of the three villages is lower than other factors in the construction of ecological civilization,and there is a large room for traditional villages to improve the construction of ecological civilization in the future.Economic benefits and policy management effectiveness gap significantly,Yamenzhuang village and Sanlanbahai village should combine their own characteristics,in these two aspects for improvement.(4)Improvement of tourism green development mode: firstly,the current tourism development mode of the three traditional villages is classified according to the driving type.Secondly,based on the characteristics of different types and combined with the green development index level of tourism in traditional villages,the existing problems are summarized and different green development modes of tourism are proposed.The city-driven model can be improved into the green development mode of living experience traditional village tourism through product specialization and innovative theme design.Attractions pull by relying on the joint development of scenic spots,diversified community involvement in raising their green tourism development model.
