In recent years,China's economy has shown a downward trend,and the traditional economic development mode of "investment,export and consumption" has gradually been replaced by the new economic development mode of "developing consumer finance,expanding domestic demand and stimulating consumption".In the new era,our government actively promotes the supply side structural reform,and gives strong support to the Internet consumer finance industry in all aspects.Internet consumer finance combines Internet technology and consumer financial services organically,and constantly meets people's growing demand for advanced consumer credit,but it does not change the essential characteristics of its consumer finance.Although the development of Internet consumer finance industry is relatively short,it has achieved explosive development in recent years.While Internet technology brings convenience to the consumer finance industry,risk problems also arise.The emergence of a large number of risk problems such as platform failure,malicious fraud and so on has cast a shadow on this emerging industry in the growing stage.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the potential risks of the Internet consumer finance industry and put forward measures to prevent and solve the potential risks for the long-term healthy development of the Internet consumer finance industry and the promotion of the harmonious and stable financial market.First of all,this paper gives a detailed description of the definition,theoretical basis,characteristics,risks faced by Internet consumer finance and related theories of risk management.This paper analyzes the development of Internet consumer finance in China from four aspects: the historical background,development mode,current situation and main risks.Secondly,taking Ant Credit Pay,a typical representative of e-commerce in the Internet consumer finance industry,as an example,this paper makes a detailed study on its operation mode,risks and risk management measures,and divides the risks faced by it into three dimensions: target level,criterion level and indicator level by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)It is concluded that credit risk and liquidity risk are the main risks faced by Ant Credit Pay at present.Finally,based on the risk research of Ant Credit Pay,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to strengthen the risk management of Internet consumer finance from three aspects: consumer,enterprise development and industry supervision.
