Finance is the backbone and nuclear core of the modern economy.Whether finance can develop healthily and steadily has become an important factor restricting the sustained and stable growth of our economy.And whether financial institutions can efficiently digest the bad assets formed in the entire economic development process is the key to promoting the healthy development of the financial industry.In order to cope with the Asian financial crisis,help state-owned enterprises to reform and solve the problem of banks' non-performing assets,the State Council approved the establishment of four Asset Management Corporation(AMC)in 1999.These four financial asset management companies are specifically responsible for the acquisition,management and disposal of non-performing assets divested by state-owned commercial banks.,The preservation of assets "sacred mission.During the development of financial asset management companies,they respectively experienced a policy stage,a commercial transformation stage and a comprehensive development stage.Throughout the development process,the four financial asset management companies have disposed of the non-performing assets through traditional methods such as debt recovery,asset transfers,debt restructuring,debt-to-equity swaps,and asset swaps,and have achieved good initial results.Resolving financial risks and serving the real economy have made great contributions to supporting SOE reform.However,with the continuous changes in the economic and market environment,the traditional non-performing asset disposal methods have been unable to maximize the value of existing non-performing assets,and the traditional non-performing asset disposers need to be continuously improved to adapt to market changes and needs.In this article,the author explains the basic concepts,causes,characteristics of non-performing assets and the current status of the domestic non-performing assets industry.After analyzing the traditional non-performing asset disposal methods of G Asset Management Corporation,it is pointed out the problems and limitations of the traditional non-performing asset disposal methods of asset management companies under the current market environment.On the premise of fully combining the advantages of G Asset Management Company's integrated financial service platform and making full use of the synergies of molecular companies,it proposes improvement strategies for G Asset Management Company's traditional non-performing asset disposal methods.Combining traditional non-performing asset disposal methods with modern Internet technologies,a method of creditor's rights transfer + the Internet was proposed to improve asset disposal efficiency,and the traditional debt-to-equity method was combined with comprehensive financial services to help companies get out of trouble and make full use of external resources to carry out assets.Batch packaging is then entrusted to intermediaries for management and disposal.Improve the overall efficiency of the disposal of non-performing assets by re-integrating existing resources.On this basis,we further explored the two latest non-performing asset disposal methods of asset securitization and creditor's rights transfer,providing new ideas for reducing the risk of our non-performing assets and further increasing the value of assets.The improvement of the disposal of non-performing assets depends to a large extent on the protection of the legal environment.At the same time,it also needs the protection of mechanisms and talents to enable relevant improvement measures to be achieved.This requires the joint efforts of the entire society.If financial asset management companies can take effective measures to deal with non-performing assets,they will protect the country's assets and reduce social losses to the greatest extent,and escort the development of China's national economy.
