State owned enterprises have been playing a mainstay role in China's economic development and are an important part of China's public economy.With the development of China's economy entering a new stage,state-owned enterprises are facing huge competitive pressure at home and abroad,so it is urgent to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned economy.Since the 18 th National Congress,A new round of reform of state-owned enterprises has begun,Developing a mixed ownership economy is not only conducive to improving the property right structure of state-owned enterprises in China,but also to enhancing competitiveness,innovation and vitality,At the same time,it is beneficial for all kinds of ownership capital to learn from each other and promote each other,improve the level of corporate governance.As an important part of the reform of mixed ownership in state-owned enterprises,in the process of actively exploring and trying,summarize and promote the successful experience of employee stock ownership in state-owned enterprises,It is of great significance to the new round of reform of Chinese enterprises.This paper chooses employee stock ownership of state-owned enterprises as the research object,studies the theory of ESOP at home and abroad,analyzes the related concepts and theoretical basis of ESOP,such as the connotation,type and main factors of ESOP,shows the current situation of the implementation of ESOP in China's state-owned enterprises.Taking the implementation of employee stock ownership plan in the WZ group company as a typical case,analyzes the motivation,implementation process and effect of ESOP in the WZ group company,puts forward the Enlightenment of the implementation of ESOP in the large group of property.Research findings,the implementation of ESOP by SOEs in an appropriate way can stabilize and motivate employees,especially the management,let employees better integrate into the development of the enterprise,which is helpful to promote the transformation and development of the enterprise,improve the efficiency of corporate governance of state-owned enterprises and reduce the agency cost of enterprises,after the implementation of ESOP,the positive effect of company announcement has played a positive role in improving shareholders' wealth,actively respond to the changes in the industry,which has a positive impact on the improvement of business performance.Through the implementation of employee stock ownership,state-owned enterprises can improve the level of corporate governance and the vitality of state-owned enterprises,conducive to the combination of state-owned enterprises and capital market,and promotes the rapid and healthy development of state-owned enterprises.The significance of this paper is mainly to analyze the motivation,scheme and effectiveness of ESOP in WZ Group Company,and summarize the Enlightenment of implementing ESOP smoothly in WZ Group Company.In the process of analyzing the stock ownership plan of large employees in WZ Group Company,points out the spirit of the current mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,and provides some reference for more enterprises to implement the employee stock ownership plan or mixed ownership reform.
