Tax service,as an important part of the reform of the tax administration and the optimization of the business environment,has gained more and more social attention.The satisfaction of tax service,as an important indicator of tax service,is a very important long-term feedback mechanism in tax work.Through the satisfied survey of the tax service,the tax department can understand the satisfaction degree and taxpayer's focus on the work of the tax authorities,so as to improve the tax service in a targeted way and provide taxpayers with better service.In recent years,the Jinchang Municipal Taxation Bureau has successively launched the "convenience for private taxation spring breeze",focusing on the implementation of tax reduction and fee reduction,and deepening the reform of the "decentralization service" in the taxation field and optimizing the tax business environment.The Jinchang Municipal Taxation Bureau has shorten tax processing procedures,consolidate tax-related information,further deepen the reform of tax facilitation,promote the construction of service-oriented tax authorities,strive to improve the satisfaction of tax services and enhance the taxpayer's sense of gain.However,according to the survey results of various forms of tax service satisfaction surveys in recent years,taxpayers still have some dissatisfaction with the tax services of Jinchang Municipal Taxation Bureau,such as weak tax service awareness of some tax officials,incomplete tax service mechanism,The operation of the electronic taxation bureau is unstable,and the effective supply of tax services is insufficient.The research question of this article is: What factors will affect the satisfaction of tax services of Jinchang Municipal Taxation Bureau? How can improve the satisfaction of tax services of Jinchang Municipal Taxation Bureau?On the basis of reading a lot of relevant literature,this paper selects the taxpayer in jinchang city of Gansu province as the research object and sends out the questionnaire to carry out the investigation.The research content is divided into six parts.The first part puts forward the background and significance of the research,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,puts forward the research ideas and methods and constructs the research framework.The second part expounds the concepts and theories involved in this study.The third part briefly introduces the current status of the tax service work in Jinchang.The fourth part makes the plan design for the research of the tax service satisfaction measurement,including the formulation of research hypotheses,the design of the scale,the determination of the research objects,and the recovery of the questionnaire using SPSS software for reliability,and exploratory factor analysis was performed,AMOS software was used for confirmatory factor analysis of each measured variable to build a theoretical model for measuring the satisfaction of tax services in Jinchang.The fifth part uses the established model to investigate the results of the survey,include descriptive statistical analysis,regression analysis,and analysis of taxpayer service satisfaction differences based on taxpayer types.Based on this,preliminary conclusions are drawn,that is,Jinchang's tax service satisfaction is influenced by such factors as policy implementation,convenient service,clean and standardized law enforcement,information construction.Moreover,there are differences in the degree of satisfaction of taxpayers with different tax paying status,different scale of tax paying,different industries and different business conditions.The sixth part will puts forward some policy suggestions to improve Jinchang city Revenue Department Tax Service from policy implementation,convenient service,clean and standardized law enforcement,information construction four parts.
