| Securities industry is an important part of China’s financial industry,and its development will have a direct impact on the development of China’s financial industry and even the capital market.For a long time,based on the competitive environment and its own characteristics of China’s securities market,China’s securities companies have been focusing on securities brokerage business,with a single business structure,good market conditions and active trading volume,the operating efficiency of securities companies is very good,otherwise the operating efficiency is very unsatisfactory,which is related to securities companies.There is a direct relationship between the unreasonable formulation of marketing strategies.Under the market economic system,the major securities firms are the main participants in the competition of financial markets.How to design their financial products and whether their marketing strategies are scientific and reasonable will have a decisive impact on the development of their marketing activities and even on the smooth realization of their strategic development goals.Tibet Oriental Fortune Securities Company,as a small and medium-sized securities enterprise,has gained a certain popularity in the industry after many years of development,and its core competitiveness has been constantly improved.However,compared with the large-scale securities companies in the industry,Tibet Oriental Fortune Securities Company does have many problems in marketing,which has a negative impact on the development of enterprise marketing activities and the realization of enterprise strategic development goals.Based on the fact that the competition in China’s securities industry is becoming more and more fierce,this paper takes Tibet Oriental Fortune Securities Company as the research object to discuss the optimization of marketing strategies of securities enterprises.Based on the 4RS theory,STP theory and SWOT analysis model,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the marketing strategy optimization of Tibet Oriental Fortune Securities Company by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire and case analysis.Firstly,it combs the research background and significance,current research situation and basic theory at home and abroad;secondly,it reveals the prominent marketing problems of Tibet Oriental Fortune Securities Company by combining field investigation with theoretical analysis,and deeply analyses the deep-seated reasons for these problems.Combining with the actual situation of Tibet Oriental Wealth Securities Company,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures from the aspects of related customers,market demand response,consolidation and maintenance of customers,and establishment of a perfect return management mechanism.The research of this paper has a positive effect on enhancing the core competitiveness of Tibet Oriental Fortune Securities Company and promoting the realization of its marketing strategic objectives. |
