After the leaping development of China's economy,the real estate industry has become increasingly prosperous in recent years,and housing prices in the eastern region have risen rapidly.However,a large number of real estate companies that came with it faced a huge financial risk threat due to their own and external factors,and fell into a bankruptcy crisis.Real estate companies need to adjust and change financial risk control.Based on the analysis of the development situation of China's real estate industry in recent years,this paper outlines the characteristics of the real estate industry and various financial risks faced by real estate companies,such as financing risks and investment risks.The purpose is to expose the financial risks of Vanke and to evade its financial risk control work.Based on the case analysis method and the literature research method,according to the actual situation of Vanke,the financial risk causes and current situation in the course of its business development are studied,and the financial data of its profitability,solvency and operational capability are carried out.analysis.Through the research on the related literature and theory of financial risk control of real estate enterprises at home and abroad,the systematic analysis of financial risks of Vanke is carried out by constructing a univariate model and a Z-value model.At the same time,we joined the major event of the competition between Baoneng and Vanke in 2015-2017 to conduct auxiliary analysis,which corroborated the real estate industry environment and the internal risk control of the company,which caused the current risk situation,and proposed a reduction for the shortcomings of Vanke's risk control.The financial risk proposal not only provides guidance and reference for Vanke's future financial risk control,but also provides experience and assistance for financial risk control of other real estate companies.
