In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,people are paying more attention to spiritual needs while satisfying the pursuit of material life."Well-being" has gradually become an important indicator for the development of a region or even a country.Modern enterprises pay attention to "people-oriented" and pay attention to the happiness of employees in the career development process.Therefore,researching how to improve employees' occupational well-being is an indispensable link for the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.At present,although the traditional enterprise management model has a significant effect on the improvement of corporate performance in the early stage,with the continuous development of society,there are problems such as rigid work and close monitoring.High commitment organization is a kind of strategic human resource management,and its implementation effect directly affects corporate performance and employee occupational well-being.Therefore,this study starts from the enterprise level and studies the impact of high-commitment organizations on employee occupational well-being.It is expected to help enterprises build appropriate human resource management models and improve employee occupational well-being,so that employees can better serve enterprises.In this study,318 employees of 53 companies were used as survey samples.Based on the resource conservation theory and self-determination theory,the job crafting and perceived career opportunities were introduced as mediator variables.Under the adjustment of calling,the high commitment organization was studied.The mechanism of the employee's occupational well-being.Multi-level data analysis using Mplus7.4,and finally reached the following conclusions:(1)High-commitment organizations are positively affecting employees' occupational well-being;(2)Job crafting plays a mediating role between high-commitment organizations and employees' occupational well-being;perceived career opportunities are high-commitment organizations and employees' occupational well-being;(3)Calling plays a positive role in regulating between high-commitment organizations and job crafting;Calling also plays a positive role in adjusting the career opportunities perceived by high-commitment organizations;(4)In addition,calling regulates the intermediary path of “high commitment organization--job crafting--occupational well-being”;calling also regulates “high commitment organization--perceived career opportunity--occupational well-being” mediation path.This study provides an effective theoretical basis and practical enlightenment for how to improve the employee's occupational well-being and create a high-commitment organizational atmosphere,and provide corresponding empirical support for subsequent research.
