The weak cultivation of service marketing awareness of rural commercial banks is reflected in the operation of outlets,which is reflected in the low product holding rate and weak stickiness,thus unable to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to banks.The operation of commercial banks is based on grass-roots business outlets.If banks want to gain a place in today's fiercely competitive market,they must strengthen the construction of grass-roots business outlets,improve their product capabilities and service levels.As a regional rural financial institution,U Rural Commercial Bank has been promoting the development strategy of community banks in recent years,hoping to find a way of characteristic community banks and achieve sustainable development.Based on this background,the upgrading of local community banking service strategy of U Rural Commercial Bank has very important theoretical and practical significance for the development of U Rural Commercial Bank.Strengthening the service level of U Rural Commercial Bank can not only enrich the service system of the basic business outlets of U Rural Commercial Bank,but also lay a solid foundation for the further development of U Rural Commercial Bank in the future.Combining with service marketing theory,7P marketing theory and service management theory,this paper uses literature research method,comparative research method and case study method,on the basis of field investigation and data collation of U Rural Commercial Bank,using SWOT analysis method,objectively analyses the internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and threats affecting the service construction of U Rural Commercial Bank community bank.Around the 7P marketing theory,the service strategy of U Rural Commercial Bank is improved.In today's complex economic and financial environment,how U Rural Commercial Bank overcome difficulties,break through layer upon layer of resistance,strengthen the service construction of local community banks,improve customer satisfaction,smooth transformation and upgrading,sustainable and healthy development,has important practical significance.This paper can provide some theoretical guidance for the service construction of local community banks of U Rural Commercial Bank.
