With the increasingly complex and severe economic situation and the increasingly fierce market competition environment,how to promote the transformation of enterprises from simple transactional marketing to relationship marketing has become an important issue of academic research at home and abroad.It is of great significance to study the relationship marketing strategy for transforming the economic development mode and promoting the supply-side structural reform of products and services.Guided by the related theories of relationship marketing,this paper systematically combs the basic situation of S Company and its current situation of relationship marketing development,taking S Company relationship marketing as the research subject with the method of questionnaire survey and field interview to adjust the relationship marketing of S Company respectively.Then,troubles of the relationship marketingand their causes in S company are analyzed in-depth.The research results show that the overall quality and effect of customer relationship marketing,supplier relationship marketing and employee relationship marketing in S Company are not satisfactory,and some major problems still linger such as insufficient attention to customer value,coarse customer relationship management,stumbling supplier coordination management and poor team construction.The SWOT model is used to analyze the internal advantages,external opportunities and existing internal weaknesses,external challenges,and construct the SWOT strategy matrix.Based on the existing problems and SWOT analysis,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the marketing communication between enterprises and customers.Enhance product value chain marketing,multi-level customer value satisfaction,etc.,strengthen the construction of enterprise relationship marketing culture,classify customer relationship management,strengthen daily maintenance of customer relationship,etc.After the improvement of marketing management channels,such as promoting the refined management of customer relations,clear the principles of supplier relationship marketing,optimize the organizational strategy of supplier relationship management,improve the relationship with suppliers,maintain and sublimate the relationship between suppliers.Establish integrated strategic alliance to perfect supplier relationship management system,optimize enterprise salary system,pay attention to the development of enterprise staff,strengthen business training and technical guidance to strengthen the design of internal incentive mechanism.
