Study On The Endogenous Driving Force Of Fengjie Navel Orange Characteristic Agricultural Products Superiority Area

In this paper,the theoretical and empirical research on the development structure and operation mode of the characteristic agricultural product superiority area was studied.The starting point of the research was mainly based on the following two aspects: First,the characteristic agricultural product advantage zone is a key topic of national and social concern,and it is a new development model that the country has summarized in the development of characteristic agriculture to a certain stage.In 2017,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee first proposed.In October of the same year,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Agriculture,and the Forestry Bureau jointly issued the Outline for the Construction of《 the Characteristic Agricultural Products Advantage Zone》,and proposed the establishment of a national and provincial level agricultural product superiority zone structure.In 2017 and 2018,the State Council’s government work report proposed to promote the innovation and development of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,and promote the construction of advantageous agricultural products.Second,the development of the characteristic agricultural product advantage zone has a great significance to the agricultural regional layout of China.The advantageous area promotes the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development through characteristic industries.Its construction is conducive to optimizing China’s agricultural production pattern,enhancing the international competitiveness of China’s characteristic agricultural products,and helping farmers to increase their income.It is the future development direction of China’s agriculture.In December 2017,the Ministry of Agriculture released the first batch of 62 nationallevel specialty agricultural products.Among them,Fengjie Navel Orange Characteristic Agricultural Products Advantage Zone has a long history of development,with large scale of development and good economic benefits,which is typical and representative.Therefore,this paper selected the advantage zone of Fengjie navel orange specialty agricultural products as the research object,Endogenous theory and system dynamics theory as research tools,research on its internal feedback structure and operation mode,trying to find out the development momentum,important influencing factors and operational logic of the characteristic agricultural product industry,which can not only expand the regional economic theory and provide development suggestions for the construction of other characteristic agricultural areas.The research content of this paper mainly includes three aspects: Firstly,the endogenous theory and the literature research are combined to construct the economicsociety-ecological endogenous dynamic system structural model,based on the evaluation criteria of the national characteristic agricultural product superiority area,the screening of the characteristic agricultural products The dynamic factors of the operation of the superior area,using the gray relation analysis method to analyze the correlation between the dynamic factors and the development level of the premium areas,and determine the correlation between them;Secondly,according to the Fengjie Statistical Yearbook,Fengjie National Economic and Social Development Statistical Bulletin and field research,data were obtained.Based on the initial data of the Fengjie navel orange characteristic agricultural product superiority area in 2006,the VenusimPLE software was used to successfully construct the biodynamic system model of the characteristic agricultural product superiority area.Based on the actual data of 2015,2016,2017 and 2018 and the results of the model operation,the feasibility of the dynamic system model was verified,and the overall operation was analyzed.The suitability,operability and promotion value of the model were confirmed.Finally,by changing the sensitive parameters,the effects of several important factors,such as ecological environment,rural urbanization,agricultural investment and agricultural economic organization construction,on the development of the dominant areas of characteristic agricultural products were simulated.This paper mainly draws the following three conclusions: First,the ecological environment,agricultural investment,and rural economic organization construction have significant influence on the quality of featured agricultural products and the development level of the characteristic agricultural products superior areas.Among them,agricultural investment has the strongest effect on the development level of the characteristic agricultural products.The ecological environment has the strongest effect on the sustainable development of the characteristic agricultural products.Second,the dominant areas of featured agricultural products are sensitive to the influencing factors at different stages of development.The construction of agricultural economic organizations and agricultural investment have the most significant effects in the initial stage and the growth stage of the characteristic agricultural products.The ecological environment has the longest effect on the dominant areas of characteristic agricultural products and plays an obvious role in the mature stage.Third,the advantage zone of Fengjie navel orange specialty agricultural products has entered a new stage of development from quantitative growth to quality improvement,at this stage,increasing ecological environmental protection and taking the road of ecological economy are inevitable choices for improving the quality of featured agricultural products and realizing the sustainable development of the characteristic agricultural products.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the following three suggestions from the perspectives of agricultural investment,ecological environment and agricultural collective economic organization: First,increasing agricultural investment to improve agricultural supporting facilities is the basic condition for the development of characteristic agricultural products’ advantageous areas.The supporting facilities not only involve the cultivation and processing chain of special agricultural products,but also the marketing end;Second,the ecological environment is not only the cornerstone but also the lifeline of the development of the characteristic agricultural product advantage zone.It is necessary to work hard to improve the agricultural production environment and realize the green sustainable development of the characteristic agricultural product advantage zone;Third,through the construction of agricultural economic organizations,we will dig deep into the added value of special agricultural products.
