A Research About The Initial Development Strategy Of XY Company

This paper introduces the author's systematic thinking on the career in the process of entrepreneurial practice and tries to apply the relevant theories of the enterprise development strategy,from project feasibility to strategic choice,and finally to the formulation,implementation,and guarantee of strategic planning.The business conducted an in-depth analysis.Taking XY Company's initial development strategy as an example,this paper uses the PEST theory to analyze the external environment of XY Company,including the political environment,economic environment,social environment,and technical environment and believes that the current external environment is beneficial to XY Company public.The sanitary free disinfection business provides a good development opportunity,and at the same time,a comparative analysis of the industry in which XY Company is located,that XY Company can obtain a fairly long strategic development period.Then,the author introduces the internal environment of XY Company from the aspects of organizational structure,human resources,and financial status,and then analyzes the resources,capabilities and value chain of XY Company,and finally draws the core competitive advantage of XY Company.That is,the project has the first innovation that meets the needs of the times;the resources are exclusive;the value chain is malleable.Based on the analysis of the internal and externalenvironment,the SWOT theory is used to summarize and analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of XY Company,to strategically discuss some important issues faced by XY Company in the initial stage.Choices include: as a cross-border business,the choice of industry anchors;the choice of resource formats;strategic layout issues;marketing policy issues.Finally,XY's development strategy includes company mission,vision,core values,strategic goals,key strategic tasks,and implementation safeguards.The conclusion of this paper is: comprehensively applying the theory of enterprise development strategy,systematically thinking about the development strategy of the enterprise in the initial stage,has realistic guiding significance for entrepreneurs,and has universal operability for enterprises.
