Centralized operation of banking business is a standardized,factory-oriented banking operation system based on modern information technology application.Through image transmission technology,the original documents of the business are transmitted to the background service center,and then processed centrally by the background service center.Realize the operation mode of "scattered reception in branches and centralized processing in processing centers".In terms of quality,efficiency,cost,safety and other aspects,it has the advantages over the traditional banking operation mode.With the deepening of financial globalization and opening up,and the continuous development of banking reform and innovation,centralized business operation has become an irresistible trend.Taking D branch of industrial and commercial bank of China as an example,this paper comprehensively USES the methods of expert interview,data analysis,induction method,and tracking observation to study the operation risk of D branch’s business concentration.Firstly,it studies and summarizes the relevant literature on business concentration mode and operation risk management.A clear review of the theory of bank operational risk.Secondly,it analyzes the centralized operation risk of D branch business and expounds the current situation of its risk management.Thirdly,practical analysis is made on the problems and reasons of the centralized operation risk of D branch.Finally,put forward D branch business centralized operation risk management measures: first,strengthen the construction of operation risk team;Second,the establishment of scientific assessment mechanism;Third,strengthen the management of centralized business training and improve the comprehensive quality of counter staff;Fourth,improve the centralized operation risk system;Fifth,strengthen the construction of compliance culture environment;Sixth,establish the concept of risk prevention and control of the whole process of business centralized operation risk;Seventh,improve the front and back office communication and feedback platform of business intensive operation.
