With the development of technology and the modern demand of enterprises for storage facilities,a series of modern dense storage systems with high storage density and high degree of automation have been fully developed and applied.Most of these dense storage systems are based on shuttle vehicles and other related mobile equipment to realize the in-and-out operation of unit materials.As a form of existence,the shuttle-carrier system is widely used because of its high efficiency.However,the common configuration ratio of"one mother and one son"often results in the phenomenon of idle equipment,which results in waste of equipment operation capacity.Studying the allocation of shuttle vehicles resources is to study how to configure the number of shuttle vehicles in the case of a single-layer operation of the shuttle vehicles,in order to achieve a reasonable number of child car configurations in the case of"one mother and multiple children".The specific research contents are as follows:First,analyzing the operation process of the shuttle vehicles in the case of performing dual command cycle?DCC?in a dense storage system.According to whether there is shuttle vehicles in the task row,it is divided into four kinds of operation scenarios,which are:both storage and retrieval rows have shuttles vehicles(DCC21)?storage row has shuttle vehicles,retrieval row has not(DCC22)?storage row has no shuttle vehicles,retrieval row has(DCC23)?both storage and retrieval rows have no shuttles vehicles(DCC24).By analyzing the operating time of the shuttle vehicles in four different scenarios,the time composition of a complete cycle of each equipment is obtained.Then,a decision model of the number of shuttle vehicles is established.In order to verify the reliability and practicability of the model,taking the shuttle vehicles intensive storage system of a mineral water enterprise as an example.Using parthenogenetic algorithm,the dynamic and uncertain operating time of the shuttle vehicles system is calculated,the optimal allocation ratio of shuttle vehicles in the storage system is 1:2.That is to say,one parent vehicle on each floor is equipped with two sub vehicles for matching operation.At this time,the storage capacity of each layer in the system reached 69PL/h.Use AutoMod software to simulate the system of shuttle vehicles in 1:2configuration,the simulation results show that the maximum throughput of the system is 79PL/h.At this time,the utilization rate of mother vehicles is 94.34%,and that of children vehicles is 45.15%,this fully verifies the practicability of the model.
