Study On Financial Risks Of Enterprises Under The Business Model Of “The Combination Of Film And Game Industry”

With the continuous development of science and technology and social and economic forms,market competition is increasingly fierce and enterprises are constantly exploring new development models to seek more living space.The business model is closely related to the operation and development of enterprises so the innovation of business model can be regarded as a way to expand the profit space.The cultural and entertainment industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Film,television and games have become two popular industries and attracted a lot of attention.As the film and television market and the game market continue to mature,many enterprises try to combine the two,cross-border cooperation," the Combination of films and games " model came into being.The two industries borrow from each other and promote the development of enterprises together.While the new business model brings more benefits,it also makes enterprises face more financial risks.In order to realize the long-term development of enterprises,financial risks under the new business model must be effectively identified and prevented.This paper studies the financial risks of enterprises that adopt the mode of " the Combination of films and games ".It mainly uses the case study method,selects the typical case to carry on the analysis and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures.First,it analyzes and studies the research content of scholars at home and abroad on business model and financial risk.On this basis,it introduces the concept and current situation of " the Combination of films and games " model and analyzes the financial characteristics,types and causes of financial risks of enterprises under this model at the same time,analyzes the causes of financial risk from inside and outside.Then,the financial risk quantification system of the special business model is constructed.The establishment of the system will pave the way for quantifying the financial risk of the company in the following cases.Taking the perfect world as a case study,identifies the financial risks under its special business model and analyze the causes.After that I found the perfect world faces great risks of monetary capital management,capital recovery and inventory carry-over.Then I used the entropy weight method to quantify the financial risks of the perfect world and found that the capital recovery risk had the greatest impact on the perfect world.Finally,I propose the preventive measures of perfect world financial risk from the enterprise level and the business level.Through the case study of the perfect world,it can be found that although the cross-border cooperation between film,television and games is in full force,the enterprises in this model are confronted with such problems as high cost,high demand for working capital,large risk of capital recovery and monetary fund management.In order to make this business model better help enterprises to achieve long-term development,enterprises need to further strengthen the identification and prevention of financial risks in combination with the actual situation.
