Study On The Transformation And Dynamic Mechanism Of Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area

In recent years,the Economic and Technological Development Zone has become the growth pole and the driving force for industrial transformation and economic promotion of the countries in worldwide.Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area,approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China and established on December 6,1984,is one of the first national development zones in China.Taking Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area as the research object,this article explores its transformation and dynamic mechanism,establishes a hierarchical structure model as well.By means of literature research,correlation analysis and principal component analysis,the hierarchical structure model was improved and tested.By using the coordination degree model and combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,the coordination degree between the internal and external forces of the development zone transformation,as well as the overall function and development level of the internal and external forces are evaluated.By using the obstacle degree model,the factors affecting the comprehensive strength of the transformation impetus of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area are deeply explored,and the obstacle degree of the evaluation index of the transformation impetus of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area is analyzed.This article provides important reference value for the transformation of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area and the construction of other free economic zones.Based on the full text research,the following conclusions are drawn.On the whole,the internal and external forces of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area’s transformation are at a coordinated level of primary.From the perspective of the coordination between internal and external forces,it belongs to the internal driving force lag type of fundamental coordinated development.By analyzing the obstacle factors that affect the internal and external forces of the transformation of the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area,ten major obstacle factors are obtained.From 2005 to 2017,the ten obstacle factors had little change,which indicates that the impact of these obstacle factors on the transformation of the park lasted a long time.To enhance the comprehensive strength of the transformation of the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area,it is necessary to maintain the development momentum of high-tech industries and the tertiary industry to improve the payment of high-end talents and large-scale enterprises.At the same time,we should balance domestic and foreign investment,improve infrastructure,and build environmentally friendly parks.
