In organizational behavior,the development goal of an organization is to build a harmonious organizational relationship.This is especially true of grassroots organizations.In grass-roots management.one of the main goals of grass-roots management is to inspire and guide employees to form caring and mutual assistance behavior.However,from the perspective of organizational behavior,a question has been raised about which potential abilities of employees can be stimulated to form caring and supportive behaviors.In a large number of research results,it is not difficult to find that emotional intelligence is the most important ability to form caring and mutual help behavior.However,emotional intelligence is a comprehensive ability,and it is not practical to take improving emotional intelligence as the focus of grassroots management.But empathic attention is a single ability with strong operability.To study the relationship between empathy concern and emotional intelligence of grassroots employees is to explore a practical way to change the psychological motivation of grassroots employees,and thus promote the enterprise to further improve the management of grassroots organizations.This study mainly investigates the empathy concern and emotional intelligence of grassroots employees in T enterprise,and studies the relationship between them.Verify that the ability to increase empathy attention can effectively improve emotional intelligence.Research by scholars in Taiwan Jane Chinese interpersonal reaction coefficient of scale and WLEIS Chinese emotional intelligence scale of 83 T enterprise first-and second-line worker at the grass-roots level were measured,using Cronbach alpha(reliability)of alpha reliability coefficient and structure validity of KMO coefficient to to validate the reliability and validity of the scale,using correlation analysis and variance analysis on empathy concern,verifies the relationship between emotional intelligence and its various components one by one.This study focused on empathy from three aspects: empathic listening,empathic behavior,and empathic expression(empathic language expression).Emotional intelligence includes fourcomponents: self-emotional evaluation,emotional control,emotional application,and emotional evaluation of others.The results show that both the empathy attention scale and the emotional intelligence scale have high reliability coefficients.In terms of structural validity,KMO coefficient also meets the basic requirements of structural validity.After verifying the correlation of the main hypothesis,the results show that in addition to the empathic listening component,the empathic attention and other components show a strong positive correlation with emotional intelligence and each component respectively.The hypothesis of background variables was verified,and it was found that background variables such as gender,job nature and marital status had little influence on empathy attention and emotional intelligence and their research weight,which also indicated that the measured employees' empathy attention and emotional intelligence were less affected by objective factors.
