China's service industry has developed steadily in recent years.Service trade has continued to grow and service OFDI has generally been carried out, meaning that China has accelerated its transition to a service economy.Under the new normal,China 's economic growth model has shifted from extensive to quality-efficient,which requires the service industry to increase its total factor productivity, shifting the service industry from cost-driven to innovation-driven,and in a real sense becoming a driver of China 's economic growth Strong support for improving quality and efficiency. So this article studies the productivity effects of the interactive development of China's service industry exports and OFDI,analyzes its internal mechanism, and then investigates the heterogeneity of regional differences. In theory, the paper enriches and expands the research experience of the total factor productivity(TFP)of the service industry to supplement the international service trade theory;in reality,it helps to understand China's service industry development in recent years, especially from the perspective of the interactive development of service industry exports and OFDI,which provide a new interpretation. This article firstly summarizes related literatures involving the TFP of service industry, impact of service export and OFDI on TFP and the interactive development of service industry export and OFDI,laying research direction for the full text.Secondly, based on relevant statistical data, the typical facts and development characteristics of China's service industry export and service OFDI are elaborated, and development trends in related fields are discussed. Then, based on the Solow model, this paper incorporated the total factor productivity of service industry, service industry export, and service industry OFDI into the overall model framework to build a mathematical model, and then put forward the theoretical assumptions of this article, and lay the theoretical foundation for subsequent empirical analysis. And then using Chinese provincial panel data and based on the research on the productivity effect of the interactive development of service industry exports and OFDI,the paper empirically tests the impact of the interactive development of service industry exports and OFDI onthe total factor productivity of the service industry, and analyzes its impact mechanism and action mechanism. From a regional perspective, the paper examines the heterogeneous performance of productivity effects of the interactive development of service industry exports and OFDI.The empirical results show that the export of service industry and OFDI have a huge promotion effect on the total factor productivity of the service industry, and the interactive development of the two has further improved the total factor productivity of the service industry.Labor input,as a key element of industrial development, has an important mediating effect on the service industry export and the productivity effect of OFDI.In promoting the improvement of the total factor productivity of the service industry, regional R&D investment, capital intensity, and human capital have important effects. In the part of the heterogeneity survey, the Hu Huanyong line is used as the division criterion. There is a significant difference in the performance effects of service industry exports and OFDI on both sides of the region. The eastern region is consistent with the overall sample trend of China. To provide certain research support for China to guide the development of the service industry according to local conditions. Finally, this article puts forward relevant policy recommendations based on the research results.
