Research On Marketing Strategy Of Agricultural Bank Baoding Branch

In foreign countries,retail business of commercial banks has gradually become one of their strategic pillar of business because of its low risk and high profit.At present,with the increasingly fierce competition environment and household wealth accumulation in China,Demand of personal financial services is also rising.Accordingly,the strategic transformation to the retail banking has already formed the common understanding in the domestic banks.Compared with the abundant experience of commercial banks in western developed countries,the domestic banks are facing a lot of problems.As a subordinate branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,Baoding branch also has some problems.Such as its network construction,channel development,business process specification and service marketing consciousness.Therefore,this paper aims to study the marketing strategy of the retail business for Baoding Branch.This article mainly takes the retail business of the Agricultural Bank of China Baoding Branch as the research object,first analyzes the research background and the significance,secondly based on the domestic and foreign bank retail business and the marketing strategy related theory,on the basis of analyzing the current marketing situation of Agricultural Bank of Baoding's retail business,this paper summarizes the crux of marketing,and then through the analysis of marketing environment,analyzes the macro-environment,industry environment,combined with the situation of Agricultural Bank of China's Baoding Branch,carries out SWOT analysis,in view of the above analysis and the question proposed has the pointed Agricultural Bank Baoding Branch Retail Business Marketing Strategy.
