| Home textile industry belongs to people’s livelihood industry,which can effectively stimulate domestic demand,create a large number of jobs,and make a great contribution to China’s socialist economic construction.The degree of standardization of home textile products is high,which is very suitable for online sales.In addition,the offline business has been shrinking in recent years,home textile enterprises have shifted their development focus from offlin e to online.With the development of e-commerce platforms,various e-commerce festivals have been created,such as "double 11" and "618".These e-commerce festivals lead to the blowout of product demand.Although the e-commerce sales revenue of home textile companies has been increased,the problem of e-commerce finished goods preparation,especially the problem of goods preparation during the blowout of demand,has also become an urgent problem for many home textile enterprises.H home textile company,as the leader of the third line of home textile industry in Nantong,began to expand to the field of e-commerce in 2004 when the traditional offline channel development encountered a bottleneck.Based on the field survey of H home textile company,it is found that there is a big difference between the stock and the actual sales volume.In most cases,the stock will exceed the stock and a certain amount of inventory will appear,which overstocks a large amount of funds of the enterprise.In the state of e-commerce blowout demand,there are occasionally insufficient stock,resulting in the product can not reach the hands of consumers in time,which greatly affects the shopping experience.H home textile company’s e-commerce product stock problems can be summarized as: the stock data and the actual sales data of e-commerce are inconsistent,the lack of detailed analysis of historical data,the slow production speed in case of shortage,the design of stock model is unreasonable,the uncertainty of competition heat and the information system needs to be improved.Based on the detailed analysis of the problems existing in the e-commerce finished product stock of H home textile company,this paper puts forward the suggestions of creating theme activities to guide customers’ consumption,innovating IP cooperation to create explosive products and optimizing market demand forecast;and puts forward the optimization measures of introducing intelligent hanging production line,adopting small batch multi batch production mode and pull production mode from the production link.Through the implementation of the optimization scheme,the stock capacity of H home textile company has been effectively improved.In the case of daily demand and demand blowout of e-commerce,the difference between stock volume and actual sales data is significantly reduced,which strengthens the inventory management ability of H home textile company and enhances the core competitiveness of H home textile company.It lays a good foundation for the future development of H home textile company in the field of e-commerce,and also helps the relevant enterprises to learn from it. |
