With the development of the era of globalized economy,high-tech enterprises have gradually become the main driving force for China's economic development.The development of high-tech companies is inseparable from excellent talents,and the incentives for high-tech talents have increasingly become the focus of company incentives.Equity incentives can effectively enhance managers' ability to perform their duties and motivate them to make more favorable decisions for the development of the enterprise.For outstanding talents,the implementation of equity incentives can scientifically adjust the salary structure of employees,help retain talents,and inject vitality into corporate innovation.However,the implementation of equity incentives in China is relatively late,the related laws and regulations are not complete,and the market economy system is not perfect,making the effect of equity incentives unsatisfactory.Many enterprises are still in the exploratory stage of implementing equity incentives,and there is no mature implementation method to follow.Therefore,studying the equity incentives of high-tech companies has its positive significance.This article first uses the literature method,combined with principal-agent theory,information asymmetry theory,and human resource theory,to summarize and summarize the motivation of high-tech companies' equity incentives,the research of equity incentives on company performance,and the impact of equity incentive program design elements on equity incentives.Theoretical basis.Later,through the research on the company's business development and the implementation of equity incentives,the motivation of Xinyada's implementation of equity incentives was derived,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two equity incentive plans were analyzed and compared.Finally,the financial index method,DuPont analysis method,and cumulative excess income were used to study the impact of long-term and short-term company performance before and after the implementation of equity incentives.After the analysis of the stock incentives of Xinyada Company,the following conclusions are reached: the implementation of equity incentives has little effect on the short-term market of the company;the implementation of equity incentives has a positive effect on the long-term performance of the company;The shareholding plan is even more significant.However,due to the short-term incentive time,single unlocking conditions,and low grant price in the equity incentive plan implemented by the company,the author proposes three countermeasures: first,the company's equity incentive objects should be diversified;The method should be combined with the actual operating conditions of the enterprise.The third is that the enterprise should grasp the right time to implement equity incentives.
