Profit Quality Analysis Of Sci-Tech Innovation Board Listed Companies

With the increase of global communication and the development of society,the independent intellectual property rights have gradually been attached importance to by the state.Under the guidance of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology,the state has introduced preferential policies to support science and technology innovation-oriented enterprises,one of which is the establishment and opening of the science and innovation board.Up to now,the number of listed companies in the board has increased rapidly.For investors in the stock market,the choice of investment objects among so many listed companies has become a problem,and the quality of earnings has become an important reference for investment or not.In this paper,the factor analysis method is adopted to establish an evaluation system for the profit quality of science and innovation enterprises,and the public factors are divided into profitability factors,cash security factors and profit stability factors.The single factor score indicates that the profitability factor score is the highest among all the common factors,which indicates that the profitability is the key factor affecting the quality of enterprise earnings.The results of the total score show that the earnings quality of the listed companies of science and innovation board shows obvious polarization,and the scores of the top companies are quite different from those of the bottom ones.Among them,the overall performance of the earnings quality of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises is inferior to that of information technology service enterprises.Secondly,the profit quality of China electronic research is at a very low level in the industry,and its profitability,cash security ability and profitability are at the bottom of the industry,so it is in urgent need of improving its own profit quality.This paper is divided into eight parts.Taking China electricity research institute as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the profit quality of science and innovation enterprises,and finds out the existing problems and the reasons behind the problems.And according to these problems,put forward can be used to improve the quality of profit recommendations.The first part first introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the literature and research results at home and abroad.The second part starts with the concept of profit quality and introduces its definition,characteristics and influencing factors in detail.The third part is a brief introduction of the listed companies on the science and innovation board and a reasonable and scientific qualitative comparison and evaluation of such companies.The fourth part is the establishment of the profit quality analysis system of the listed company.The fifth part is the empirical analysis process of the earnings quality of the listed companies on the science and innovation board.The sixth part is based on the final score of the listed enterprises on the science and innovation board,and makes a comparative analysis of the profit quality of China electric research,and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.The seventh part is to improve the overall profitability of the board listed enterprises put forward feasible Suggestions.The eighth part is the conclusion and deficiency of this paper.
