With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the development of enterprises is facing more opportunities and challenges in the new era.How to bring enterprise benefits and how to improve the performance of enterprises become an inevitable issue whether they can survive and develop vigorously.Therefore,scholars at home and abroad are committed to this,and have many research conclusions.Based on the existing literature,starting from the enterprise itself,the production of performance is inseparable from the enterprise managers,especially the senior executives,and the main body of the senior executives is usually composed of the members of the board of directors.Therefore,this paper will focus on the analysis of the impact mechanism of the change of the members of the board of directors on the enterprise performance.Under this research theme,the main content of this paper is to analyze the impact path based on specific cases Diameter and its influence mechanism.This paper takes baoxiniao company as a case study,and makes an in-depth analysis on the change of board members and the change of company performance under the change every year from 2011 to 2017.According to the information disclosed by the company,such as the change of the board members,the personal situation of the members and the development of the enterprise,this paper explores the mechanism of the change of the board members' influence on the enterprise performance from various angles,and draws the conclusion: the optimization degree of the change of the board members' own structure,the cooperation degree among the members,the understanding degree of the enterprise and the power system Balance four aspects of the impact on enterprise performance,further analysis of these effects,found that the change of board members affect the ability of the board of directors,and the change of the ability of the board of directors will affect the strategic decision-making of the enterprise,and ultimately reflected in the enterprise performance.The results show that the more stable the board members are,the more likely the enterprise is to have a better performance level.Therefore,the enterprise can maintain the stability of the board of directors,strengthen the interpersonal ties among the members,make them have cohesion and centripetal force,improve the ability of the board of directors and then improve the effectiveness of strategic decision-making,and promote the long-term and healthy development of the enterprise.
