Research On D Enterprise Financing Problem Under The Background Of Local Government Financing Platform Transformation

In recent years,with the transformation and reform of the local government financing platform into the deep water area,the main discussion has changed from “do not want to transform” to “how to transform”.Under such a background,the financing from the birth of the financing platform is accompanied by its financing problems.How to solve it is a part worth studying.In the actual work,the county-level local financing platform is subject to the inherent shortage of economic conditions and enterprise development.In financing,it is necessary not to add the implicit debt of the local government,but also to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise itself.How to deal with the balance is not only related to the future development of the local financing platform,but also has a great impact on the county economic development.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature,this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories and concepts of local financing platforms,and summarizes the development status of financing platform transformation and the reform trend of state-owned asset management in the latest policy documents,and then through field research and The method of case analysis selected a representative D company,analyzed its development status and transformation motivation as a county-level local financing platform company,and the financing advantages after the transformation,which affirmed the company’s financing.The results also found that enterprises still have many problems in the financing process,and proposed improvement suggestions for the financing problems caused by regional economy,government subsidies,main income,management level,etc.,and learned advanced experience in the transformation of financing platforms.At the same time,we must actively explore more diversified financing methods and ways.More importantly,we must effectively improve the company’s "self-hematopoietic" ability,and then make breakthroughs in financing,so that the company can successfully transform into market-oriented operations.
