Optimization Research On Internal Control System Of Environmental Protection Of BH Paper Company

In recent years,with the implementation of the strategic goals of green,and sustainable development in China,environmental issues have received wide attention from all walks of life.As the subject of the responsibility of environmental resources,enterprises must assume the responsibility of environmental protection.Internal control,as a means of self-discipline,is highly anticipated in terms of corporate environmental responsibility.However,at present,the internal control of environmental protection is mentioned only in Article 3 “Internal Control of Environmental Protection and Resource Conservation” under “Guidelines for the Application of Social Responsibility” in the “Basic Standards for Internal Control of Enterprises”.It is also a more principled regulation and it is not convenient to guide the actual operation.But for industrial enterprises,especially those involving heavy pollution,it is necessary to construct and implement environmental protection internal control.Therefore,this paper adopts a combination of theory and case study.On the basis of collating and learning the related theories of internal control,this paper focuses on the problems existing in the current situation of BH paper environmental protection internal control,and proposes optimization suggestions for this.First of all,the paper briefly introduces the basic situation of BH paper industry,and analyzes its environmental protection status and the status quo of internal control of environmental protection,and concluded that BH paper industry needs to improve the internal control of environmental protection.Secondly,borrowing the framework of the five elements of China’s internal control guidelines,the problems in internal control of environmental protection of BH paper are proposed from the perspective of five elements.Finally,this article will put forward ideas on how to optimize the internal control system of BH paper environmental protection from these five perspectives,in order to provide suggestions for the longerterm,green and sustainable development of BH Paper or the entire industrial enterprise.
