Research On The Financial Risk Pre-warning System Of ZF Corporation

In recent years,with the continuous innovation of biopharmaceutical technology,the prospects and potential of biopharmaceutical industry have become increasingly prominent.Biopharmaceutical enterprises around the world have expanded rapidly,showing good growth.But,due to the promulgation of the medical reform policies and the fierce market competition,domestic pharmaceutical enterprises are facing severe challenges while facing opportunities.Biomedical industry has high degree of knowledge precision and high technical requirements.Any link of product development,production and marketing process is slightly poorer,which may lead to huge financial risks for enterprises.However,at present,there are still many problems in the prevention of enterprise financial risk.The main reason is that the pre-warning system of enterprise financial risk is not perfect enough.Therefore,the article carries on the financial risk pre-warning research to ZF corporation,helps the company to forecast and control the financial risk in time,has the practical significance.This paper chooses the special industry to study the topic of financial risk pre-warning,and constructs an appropriate financial risk pre-warning system according to the characteristics of the industry and the company's own situation.The financial risk indicators is from four aspects: profitability,operation,solvency and development ability,gives weight to each index by using the entropy method,and establishes the index system according to the correlation between the indicators.Th en,we use efficiency coefficient method to determine the scoring standard value of each index,calculate the company's annual financial risk status score,and compare the early warning results according to the designated early warning grade analysis to determine the corresponding financial risk prevention countermeasures.It is hoped that the combination of entropy and efficiency coefficient method will be applied to the pre-warning research of enterprise financial risk,which can provide reference for enterprises in the same industry,help enterprises to find abnormal financial situation in time,take relevant solutions to prevent risks,and control risks in a controllable range,so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
