Research On The Impact Of Private Orientation Of NEEQ On Business Performance

With the rapid development and continuous improvement of China's capital market,the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy is also increasing,giving full play to the important role in driving China's economic growth.At present,one of the common problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is the difficulty in financing,so how to achieve effective financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,whether the capital obtained by enterprise financing can be rationally allocated,and whether enterprises can improve their performance by virtue of the funds raised,are a series of problems that need attention.Share transfer system in our country,the small and medium-sized enterprises for many small and medium-sized enterprises provides a good platform for the financing,the enterprise can through this platform to transfer shares publicly raise money,at the same time,enterprises can also through the new three board consider further financing in order to solve the problem of the shortage of funds of the better development to provide strong support for the enterprise.In this context,this paper takes Beijing Infcn Software Co.,ltd.which was listed on the new third board in 2014 as the specific research object to further analyze the impact of private placement on business performance of new third board enterprises.Specifically,this paper analyzed the financial index performance,enterprise economic added value,non-financial index performance and possible risks before and after the four private placement financing of Infcn by studying relevant financial data and announcements issued by Infcn from 2013 to 2017.This paper analyzes whether the private placement financing will have a positive impact on the business performance of the enterprise,and whether the funds raised can be used reasonably,so that the enterprise can get a good development.The study finds that private placement of NEEQ enterprises can improve their business performance to a certain extent,but there are also limitations.Based on this,it provides Suggestions for the development of enterprises that need targeted capital increase in the new third board,and improves the efficiency of capital use,so as to improve the business performance more effectively.
