As early as the 1990 s,the traditional distribution channels of mobile phones played a very important role in China's mobile phone market.Since 2010,the rapid rise of Internet e-commerce represented by Taobao in mobile retail has subverted the traditional channel pattern of mobile phones.At the same time,flat channel strategy has become one of the strategies adopted by mobile phone manufacturers in China.Distributors who used to take channel as their advantage no longer highlight the difficulty of survival in the future.Under such a background of external competition incentives.As a traditional offline mobile phone distributor,A Company has the background of a state-owned enterprise.Although it has rich resources and advantages in channels,because of its single channel,it has been unable to cope with such external competition.Therefore,the exploration of the development and feasibility of new channels has become an opportunity for A company to seek development,enhance its own strength and promote its revenue.This paper focuses on the topic of A company's channel development strategy for tax-free stores of China Group.This paper carries out research by using literature research,questionnaire survey and comparative research methods.Firstly,the related concepts,functions and types of distribution channels are deeply studied,and the preliminary concepts of existing distribution channels,functions and types are established.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of A Company and its current business scope,main products,existing distribution channels and recent performance.The problems faced by A Company are analyzed.Next,by using the related concepts of channel selection and evaluation,this paper compares the types,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the existing mobile phone channels,and provides a reference for A company to select and evaluate channels.In addition,the advantages of China Duty Free Group's tax-free stores as a distribution channel for mobile phones are analyzed,and the users' mobile phone purchase intention and demand preferences based on the tax-free stores in China Duty Free Group are understood by questionnaire survey.On this basis,a set of more feasible marketing strategies for A company to expand the channels of tax-free stores in China Exemption Group are worked out.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy of tax-free stores in China Duty Free Group,the corresponding safeguards are put forward.Studying the topic of A company's channel development strategy for tax-free stores in China Free Group is of far-reaching guiding significance to help A company's future operation and development,and provides reference suggestions for enterprises to formulate channel strategy.Similarly,this study also provides useful reference for other distributors in channel development marketing strategy,and better help enterprises achieve sustainable development.
