At the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party set a new goal of securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and put forward the strategy of the rural revitalization for the first time.The county economy will surely become a new growth pole for China's economic development,creating a golden opportunity for financial institutions to expand their county business.From the perspective of the whole province and even the whole country,after long-term accumulation and sustainable development,our bank has a strong competitive advantage in the urban area,but the output in the county is far below the average level of the whole bank.Especially in the key counties with fierce market competition,the competitiveness is weaker than that of the same trade.With the continious and vigorous promotion of the central policy of supporting agriculture,the county area has entered into the track of rapid development,which has created business opportunities and opened space for the expansion of the county retail banking business of financial institutions.At the same time,commercial banks have accelerated the pace of light-weight transformation,and the basic role of retail banks has become increasingly prominent.In order to follow the pace of county economic and financial development and seize market opportunities,it is necessary to do long-term planning and detailed deployment,and coordinate the implementation of targeted strategic arrangements in development,regions,channels,customers,management,etc.,to create differentiated competitive advantages.To enhance the stamina of transformation and development,and further improve the market competitiveness,value creation capability and sustainable development capability of county institutions.The full text is to study the competition strategy of county-level Retail banking of Sichuan Branch of Bank A.Firstly,the paper introduces the background significance,ideas,methods of domestic and foreign literature research,innovations and shortcomings of the research,and introduces the strategic analysis tools to provide an analysis framework for the full text.Afterwards,using PEST model,SWOT analysis,five-force model,value chain analysis,data analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,combined with the actual work,the internal and external conditions for the expansion of county Retail banking of Sichuan Branch of Bank A were expounded and analyzed.By comparing and analyzing low-cost strategy,differentiated strategy and focused strategy,corresponding choices are made to select the competitive strategy suitable for the county Retail banking of Sichuan Branch of Bank A,namely differentiation competition strategy.On this basis,measures taken in the areas of development,region,channel,customer,management,etc.are further elaborated to implement the differentiation competition strategy better,in order to seize opportunities,make up for the shortcomings,and further enhance market competitiveness and sustainability.Finally,a brief summary of the paper is presented,and future research prospects are proposed.
