Research On The Innovation Ability Of Technology-based Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In ZM Venture Port

Along with the advance of modern technology development,the role of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in national economic development more and more important.How to evaluate and improve their innovation ability has become the primary problem for the innovation and development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to build an evaluation index system suitable for the innovation and development of technologybased smes,to deeply analyze their innovation ability,and to improve the innovation ability of technology-based smes.Based on the research status of enterprise innovation ability evaluation system,select five dimensions from the important elements of enterprise innovation ability.An evaluation index system covering 15 indicators was constructed to evaluate the main influence factors and the enterprise innovation ability,The evaluation results show that the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in ZM venture port is relatively low,such as low collaborative innovation ability,lack of scientific and technological talents,weak cluster effect,weak innovation strategy consciousness and insufficient innovation incentive.Finally,based on the investigation of the actual situation of enterprises,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of collaborative innovation ability of enterprises,give full play to the clustering effect of enterprises in the park,encourage enterprises to increase the intensity of talent introduction,strengthen the strategic awareness of industrial innovation and improve the innovation incentive mechanism.
