Research On The Development Of Open Economy In Henan Province

Following the cyclical recovery of manufacturing and trade as well as restructuring of the international trade rules,China advances "The Belt and Road" strategy,takes an active part in international rulemaking and formulates the institutional mechanisms of the opening-up in order to enhance “Economic Reform and open up”,international and regional cooperation and global economic integration.As the pioneer of the opening-up,the eastern China has gained good development and advanced experience,and begun to carry out industrial echelon-transfer to the western China.In the new round of reform and opening up,the establishing of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone,China(Zhengzhou)Cross-border Electronic Commerce Comprehensive Test Zone and China(Henan)Pilot Free Trade Zone enhances the open economy development of Henan.In recent years,the foreign trade of Henan increases rapidly,and with the appearance of open industry and rewarding of innovation model,the development of Henan is outstanding among inland provinces.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the experience,model and pathway of Henan's opening-up in recent years,and provide valuable experience for other provinces.Meanwhile,it can also help Henan find the disadvantages of current strategies and offer better ideas for the future development.This research analyzed the theory and related study of open economy first based on previous research literature.Then the opportunity of developing inland and open economic highland in Henan province was analyzed from international environment,domestic environment and provincial situation.Meanwhile,the development and achievements of Henan open economy were compared horizontally and vertically,and the achievements and shortcomings of Henan open economy were discussed.Moreover,the practical results of Henan province's opening economy construction were listed,including the exploration on system innovation,action mechanism and effect evaluation of open media such as Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone,Zhengzhou-Europe International Block Train and China(Zhengzhou)Cross-border Electronic Commerce Comprehensive Test Zone,etc.Finally,the key points,frames and pathways of Henan building the leading area of opening-up in the inland regions were summed up.
